Our personalised Luxe Santa Hats are lovingly embroidered and dispatched directly from our Brisbane workshop.

Please note that Christmas items are shipped separately from any Confetti Kidz clothing, nursery or accessory orders, which are dispatched from our Australian and New Zealand warehouses.

New Zealand Customers: If you'd like your order dispatched from our New Zealand warehouse with faster local delivery, please place your order through our New Zealand website. Orders placed on our Australian website are embroidered and dispatched from Brisbane, Australia.

Personalisation & Dispatch Timeframes

Each Santa Hat is custom embroidered to order. Please allow up to 2–3 weeks for embroidery and dispatch during the Christmas season.

Our "My First Christmas" hats are pre-embroidered and may be dispatched sooner where stock is available.

Shipping Timeframes

Once dispatched, standard shipping timeframes apply based on your delivery location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

You'll receive tracking details via email as soon as your order has been shipped.

Ordering Christmas Items With Other Products

If your order includes both Christmas items and other Confetti Kidz products, they may arrive in separate parcels and at different times, as they are dispatched from different warehouse locations.

Each Luxe Santa Hat is personalised exactly as entered at the time of ordering.

Please carefully check your chosen name for spelling, capitalisation and punctuation before placing your order. Your embroidery will be completed exactly as submitted and cannot be changed once your order has been placed.

By selecting the approval checkbox prior to purchase, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Your Santa Hat will be embroidered exactly as entered.
• No changes, additions or corrections can be made once your order has been submitted.
• All names are embroidered using the font shown on the product page.
• You may select your preferred embroidery thread colour from the available options.
• Alternative fonts, embroidery placements or custom design requests are not available.
• If you purchase a "My First Christmas" Santa Hat, this design cannot be personalised with a name.
• Personalised items are custom made and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty.

Due to the personalised nature of our Luxe Santa Hats, personalised hats cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded for change of mind, incorrect personalisation entered at checkout, or delays within the advertised embroidery turnaround timeframe.

Returns, exchanges or refunds will only be offered if your Santa Hat is deemed faulty or if the personalisation differs from the details provided with your order.

For non-personalised Santa Hats, our standard Confetti Kidz Returns Policy applies.
