Domestic AU Shipping Rates
- Standard Post — $13.95 AUD (3–7 business days)
- Express Post — $16.95 AUD (1–3 business days)
- Free Standard Post on all orders of $170 AUD or more
Same-Day Dispatch
This applies to in-stock, non-personalised products. Preorders and personalised Christmas items follow the timeframes shown on their product pages.
Order before 2pm AEST on business days and we'll dispatch your order the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends will be dispatched the next business day.
Where We Ship From
Clothing, nursery and accessories are dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse. Christmas items are dispatched separately from our Brisbane Christmas warehouse.
Tracking
All orders include tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
