Where Your Christmas Order Ships From

Our personalised Christmas sacks and stockings are lovingly embroidered and dispatched directly from our Brisbane workshop.

Please note that Christmas items will ship separately from any Confetti Kidz clothing, nursery or accessory orders, which are dispatched from our warehouse locations.

Personalisation & Dispatch Timeframes

As each personalised piece is custom embroidered to order, please allow up to 3 weeks for embroidery and dispatch during peak Christmas periods.

Orders without personalisation may be dispatched sooner where stock is available.

Shipping Timeframes

Once dispatched, standard shipping timeframes apply based on your delivery location and selected shipping method at checkout.

You will receive tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.

Ordering Christmas Items With Other Products

If your order contains both Christmas items and clothing or nursery products, these items may arrive in separate parcels and at different times, as they are shipped from different locations.

We appreciate your patience while we create your personalised heirloom piece and promise it will be worth the wait.

Each Santa Sack and Stocking is personalised exactly as entered at the time of ordering.

Please carefully review your chosen name for spelling, capitalisation and punctuation before placing your order. Your personalisation will be embroidered exactly as submitted and cannot be amended once your order has been placed.

By selecting the approval checkbox prior to purchase, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Your item will be personalised exactly as entered.
• No changes, additions or corrections can be made after your order is submitted.
• All names are embroidered using the font shown on the product page.
• All personalisation is completed using our signature gold embroidery thread.
• Alternative fonts, thread colours, embroidery placements or custom design requests are not available.
• Personalised items are custom made and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty.

Due to the personalised nature of our Christmas collection, personalised Santa Sacks and Stockings cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded for change of mind, incorrect spelling entered at checkout, or delays associated with the advertised embroidery turnaround timeframe.

Returns, exchanges or refunds will only be offered if an item is deemed faulty or if the personalisation differs from the information submitted on your order.
